This girl's horse was led to the

roundpen by two nervous people

Are you stuck in your horse's training? Would you like to bond with your new horse - or maybe give your old one "one last chance"? Does your horse drift to the exit, rear, spook or push you around? Does it "hate men," "not lead," "not tie" or not pick its feet up - even though you've sent it to a hundred trainers for a thousand opinions?

Make Changes at a Horse Riding Clinic Near You

You can build the relationship you have always wanted with your horse through the use of the logical, systematic and humane methods pioneered by John Lyons and advanced by his son, Josh. In just one weekend you can learn how to better communicate with your horse as well as solve just about any behavioral problem.

The horse you see pictured above is a perfect example of the quick results that can be expected. While this horse was led to the round pen by two people, each carrying a lead line attached to opposite sides of its head, two hours later the same horse was led off by its owner, a calm and completely different horse.

Long-time fans of John Lyons know the first step used to correct that horse: "First get the feet to move, then get the feet to move consistently...." But John and Josh are forever evolving, simplifying and quickening their techniques, so the rest of the horse's training that day might have been new to you if you haven't been to a clinic lately. Today, horses are trained quicker by mixing "classic Lyons" methods, those developed over the past twenty-five years, with techniques created only very recently.
